Very irresponsible and rude staff. Pathetic and shabby place very dirty and torn bed sheets . One word Horrible place . Better shut down asap . Misguided on online booking on booking.com and other sites . Charges are too way more.

I had checked in the hotel on 28th april 2018 , the service is pathetic , front office people dont pick up the call , had to go down personally. Other guest also facing the same problem as i could see everyone shouting .. every guest of 5th floor was unsatisfied Issue in the room 1) no tube light in the wash room 2) left over of the previous guest 3)no response from any of the staff 4) hand shower of the wash room broken All this is informed thrice to the front office but no response This is the worst experience i have had in shirdi even local hotels are better than this I will never recommend reeva suites or reeva regency to any one

very good hotel, just walking distance from temple, peaceful location, plenty of parking available, best part is their restaurant and food. free wifi also available, though due to remote area sometimes wifi connectivity is slow. overall excellent experience

Improve the cleanliness specially mosquitoes menace and TV is not just for show. It should work. Improvise on all these aspects. Dont make guest wait while you clean the rooms after their arrival. It should be done well in advance.

I visited with my family in march 2018. The hotel is quite OK type but comfortable. Property is good but seems issue with maintainance. There were some issues raised by me which were never addressed which is a bit let down for me. But one thing i want to mention is the food, that was just amazing The restaurant was pure veg but served very delicious food. Overall i would rate this hotel at 3 but due to the restaurant giving it a 4.
